L. Williams is the Special Projects Manager for the Central Texas Workforce
Board. Her duties for the seven-county region include management and
support of Labor Market research, the Information & Referral
System/2-1-1, Youth Council Advisory Committee, Training Provider
Certification System, and Adult Literacy. Wanda
first came into the workforce system in 1993 as the Director of Quality Workforce
Planning, officed at that time at Wanda is
a graduate of Texas A&M University and the University of Texas School of
Law. Her background includes work as a scientific research assistant,
public school teacher, practicing attorney with municipalities, and college
adjunct professor in Business and Business Law. John

in time to get on-the-job training from the 1997 Jarrell F-5 tornado. John
has more than 300+ hours in Emergency Management training. He retired from
SBC. He held several positions in
banking, travel agent, Trailways Bus co., Ryder
Logistics, wedding photographer & several years as a radio DJ in
